Advertiser Agreement

Last updated October 6, 2026

This agreement is between The Closer Group, operating AttorneyPick ("AttorneyPick"), and the attorney or law firm that accepts it during onboarding ("Advertiser").

1. The service

AttorneyPick publishes the Advertiser's profile on attorneypick.com for the cities and practice areas in the Advertiser's plan and lets prospective clients book or request consultations. AttorneyPick provides advertising, scheduling and communication tools. It does not practice law, give legal advice, or recommend the Advertiser to any person.

2. Fees

  1. Membership. The Advertiser pays the monthly membership for its plan: Pay per booking ($0, with a $300 prepaid credit), Founders ($199 for the first 3 firms per city and practice area, for a 12-month term), Partner ($499), or the winning bid for Premier (minimum $999) or Exclusive (minimums by practice area), plus any add-ons it selects.
  2. Booking fee. The Advertiser also pays a flat fee for each booked consultation: a person who chooses the Advertiser on attorneypick.com and submits a consultation request with their contact details. Full booking fees are personal injury $250, DUI and criminal defense $150, employment $150, family law $100, immigration $90, and landlord and tenant $60. Founders pay 50% of these, Partner 60%, and Premier 40%. Exclusive includes up to 50 bookings a month, then pays the Premier rate.
  3. Not tied to outcomes. Fees never depend on whether a person hires the Advertiser, the amount of any legal fee, the value of a matter, or its outcome. Booking fees differ by practice area only because AttorneyPick's advertising costs differ by practice area. AttorneyPick will not receive or share any part of the Advertiser's legal fees, and the Advertiser does not pay AttorneyPick to recommend it.
  4. Credits. AttorneyPick credits booking fees for duplicate requests, false contact information, and requests outside the Advertiser's city or practice area, if reported within 7 days. No credit is given based on whether a person hires the Advertiser.
  5. Billing. Memberships are billed monthly in advance and booking fees as they occur, to the card on file through Stripe. Annual memberships receive 2 free months. Unpaid accounts are paused after 7 days.

3. How profiles are displayed

Profiles are shown only to people searching in the Advertiser's city and practice area. Premier and Exclusive placements appear first and are labeled "Sponsored." All other profiles are sorted by the published AttorneyPick Score, applied the same way to every advertiser: fee (40%, lower fees score higher, whether flat or contingency), response time to AttorneyPick clients (30%, measured by AttorneyPick), and reviews from verified AttorneyPick clients (30%). Missing data scores as average. The score is a sort order, not an endorsement. AttorneyPick does not guarantee any number of views, requests, bookings or clients.

3B. Low Fee program

Advertisers whose fee for matters resolved before a lawsuit is filed is 25% or less receive the Low Fee badge and $100 off their monthly membership. At 20% or less they receive the Lowest Fee badge. In personal injury, only Low Fee advertisers may bid for Premier or Exclusive placement. The Advertiser sets its own fees independently.

3A. Bidding

Premier and Exclusive placements are awarded monthly by bid. Bids close on the 25th of each month for the following month. The 3 highest Premier bids at or above $999 win Premier placement. The single highest Exclusive bid at or above the minimum wins Exclusive placement, which replaces Premier placement for that city and practice area. Winners pay their own bid. A bid is charged only if it wins.

4. Advertiser's responsibilities

  1. The Advertiser and each listed attorney are licensed and in good standing in each state listed, and will notify AttorneyPick within 5 days of any suspension, discipline or change.
  2. The Advertiser approves its profile and is responsible for making sure all content complies with the rules of professional conduct in each state where it advertises, including any advertising filing requirements (for example, Nevada RPC 7.2A).
  3. The Advertiser decides independently whether to accept any client, and exercises its own professional judgment.
  4. The Advertiser will contact each person who requests a consultation within one business day, or tell AttorneyPick it can't.
  5. The Advertiser will keep client information it receives confidential and use it only to respond to that person.
  6. The Advertiser will charge every person who comes through AttorneyPick no more than the fees shown on its profile, show its full fee schedule including how case costs are handled, and update its profile before changing those fees. Charging more than the posted fee is grounds for losing badges and ranking, or removal.
  7. Reviews are collected and published by AttorneyPick from verified clients. The Advertiser will not offer anything for reviews or submit reviews on anyone's behalf.

5. Calendar and communication access

If the Advertiser shares a calendar or scheduling link, it authorizes AttorneyPick to view availability and create consultation appointments on its behalf, and nothing else. The Advertiser can revoke that access at any time. Booking alerts go to the email addresses and phone numbers the Advertiser provides.

6. Term and cancellation

Founders memberships have a 12-month term at the locked price. Other plans renew monthly (or annually if chosen) until cancelled. Either party can cancel with 30 days' written notice to hello@attorneypick.com. AttorneyPick may remove a profile immediately for a licensing issue, nonpayment, misleading content or a breach of this agreement.

7. Liability

Each party is responsible for its own conduct. AttorneyPick's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months before a claim. The Advertiser will indemnify AttorneyPick for claims arising from its legal services or profile content.

8. General

Nevada law governs this agreement. Electronic acceptance during onboarding, with the typed name, date and IP address recorded, is a valid signature. AttorneyPick may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email.
